We'll help competitively price it

We’ll determine what we should set your rental price at.

You agree to be a client

You sign the agreement and we get the house prepared to be listed, sometimes that same day if it’s ready.

We take care of your property like it's ours

We’ll fill the house with an ideal long-term tenant, collect rent and manage the day–to-day of your property like it was our own.

Our Pricing

Capped Management Fee

10% of the monthly rent
capped at $100/mo

per rental propety

To install a new tenant:
50% of the first month’s rent
