With our experience as both homeowners and property managers, we help landlords transform their rental properties into valuable assets for wealth-building, without any effort from them.
We help with pricing rental properties, structuring the property ownership for maximum tax benefits, filling empty rentals with high-quality long-term tenants, maintaining relationships with tenants, and keeping up the quality and care of your home.
We also collect all rents, manage maintenance requests, help homeowners understand which maintenance requests must be fulfilled and which are the tenant’s responsibility, and in rare circumstances, help with successful, documented evictions.
